Q:  How do I contact you?

A: You can get in touch with us via this website’s Contact Page or email at Info@MidoriY.com.  For questions regarding existing orders, email us at Service@MidoriY.com or call (305) 204-7837.   Be sure to include your order number with the enquiry. Generally, you can expect to hear back from us no later than the next business day.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept all major credit cards via our payment processor,  Stripe, Inc.  We also accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.  All payments are processed via these industry leading third party processors.  We do not receive, have access to, or store your credit card number and other financial information on our servers. Florida residents will be charged 6.00% sales tax.

Q: How will my order be shipped to me?

A:  Your order will ship to you from Miami, Florida via USPS First Class/Priority Package Service.  You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once your order ships (generally within 1 business day).  Transit time is typically 1 to 3 business days, but may occasionally take a little longer depending on your location.   For enquiries regarding guaranteed overnight delivery or International orders outside the U.S., please email us at Service@MidoriY.com.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a gift recipient?

A: Of course.  At checkout, you will have the option to ship your jewelry to a third party recipient.  In theses cases, we will include a gift receipt rather than our standard packing invoice with pricing information.  Since each item is individually packed in one of our signature drawer-style boxes, your order will arrive gift-ready.

Q: Do you offer returns if I am unhappy with my purchase?

A: We do.  In fact, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase.  Better still, we will even pay your return postage!  To learn more, visit our Return Policy page.
